Hello everyone!
Following the announcement made by Boris, we look forward to welcoming you back on Monday the 12th of April!
The main gates will open at 9AM for the start of the 2021 season. Don’t forget to have your check in details ready to post through the letterbox at Reception before you open up your van. We know how eager you all are to get back to your happy places and we wish you all a safe journey getting here.

Please follow the Government’s Guidelines when on the park.
If you meet up outside and don’t all come from one household, please ensure that you maintain social distancing as this rule still applies.
The Rule of 6 or two households is still in place during Step 2. This means there should be no mixing of households indoors unless you are part of a bubble or a large family.
To be clear on the rules regarding a social bubble please see the Government’s website. Basically ONE adult who lives alone, or a single parent household can join another household to make a bubble. Two FAMILIES is not a bubble.

Please wear a mask if you are visiting Reception and only one person can visit at a time. Our team will return to normal office hours from Monday the 12th of April, 9am to 5:30pm daily.

You will notice some new additions to Arches this year. We have a full programme of entertainment planned for you to enjoy indoors, when the bar is allowed to reopen fully. Also outdoors, weather permitting of course. We know how much everyone loved having live music in the beer garden last year. As a result, we plan to carry this on this year. Keep an eye on our Facebook pages for both the site and Arches for up to date news and events.
