For our owners who rent

Hello to all our owners who rent their van out.

Please follow the Government Guidance in the link below if you rent out.

This was updated on the 12th of April and there are some changes that you MUST implement as these are LEGAL requirements. (See also Annex A on the Government page document for further clarification around caravans).

You MUST have your own QR CODE for NHS Track and Trace if you rent your van out for commercial gain, for your guests to check in, AT YOUR CARAVAN.

Everyone over the age of 16 MUST also check in with Reception.

Make sure you have all the relevant paperwork needed and also that Covid Cleans are done thouroughly.

It is your responsibility as an owner to ensure that ALL of the guidance including the Rule of 6, 1 Household or 1 Household plus bubble is followed.
