This modern and comfortable 3-bedroom caravan sleeps up to 6 people and is perfect for families, couples, and pet owners looking for a relaxing seaside break. Bookings are available on a Saturday–Saturday 7-night basis, Monday–Friday 4-night stays, and Friday–Sunday or Monday short breaks of 2–3 nights. Happy Days Leisure or Static Caravan Rentals .CO.UK The caravan is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including central heating, Wi-Fi, smart TVs in all rooms (with a standard TV in the double bedroom, so feel free to bring your Fire Stick), air fryer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, and stair gates for families with young children. Outside, guests can enjoy the BBQ, chiminea, outdoor dining table and chairs, lazy chairs for relaxing in the sunshine, and two fold-up camp chairs for children. The Beach House is ideally located just an 8-minute walk from the beach and only a 12-minute drive from Fantasy Island and Butlin's Skegness Resort. A bus stop is also just a 5-minute walk away at the end of the road, making it easy to explore the local area. You'll find plenty of amenities right on your doorstep, including pubs, cafés, takeaways, arcades, bingo, and live entertainment. Passes for the children's pool are also available. The caravan is both child and pet friendly. Dogs are welcome for an additional £20 fee, with any extra dogs charged at £10 each. A £100 security deposit is required to secure your booking. This also acts as a refundable bond and will be returned once the caravan has been checked by the cleaner after your stay. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the caravan.
